The XN9311CDR 800G 100m OSFP SR8 Transceiver is built in an OSFP form factor and supports a high-speed data rate of 800Gb/s based on the 800GBASE-SR8 Ethernet standard. It features an 8-channel 850nm VCSEL transmitter array and 8-channel PIN photodetector receiver array, using 8 × 53.125GBd PAM4 electrical lanes for ultra-fast signal transmission. The module is equipped with an MPO-16 APC male connector and supports transmission distances up to 60 meters on OM3 multimode fiber and 100 meters on OM4 / OM5 multimode fiber.
It operates on a single +3.3V power supply with a maximum power consumption of 15W and supply current up to 4.78A. The transceiver is designed for commercial environments with an operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C, while storage temperature ranges from -40°C to +85°C. It is fully compliant with IEEE 802.3df, IEEE 802.3ck, OSFP MSA, CMIS 5.0, and RoHS standards. Built-in Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) enables real-time performance and status monitoring.
