Using advanced 1310nm cooled EML laser technology, this transceiver delivers stable, long-reach performance up to 500 meters over single mode fiber (SMF). It is ideal for hyperscale data centers, cloud infrastructure, and high-speed storage networks.
The XN9313CFR supports an aggregate data rate of 800Gb/s through 8 lanes of 100G PAM4 signaling. It comes in an OSFP hot-pluggable form factor with dual MPO-12 optical connectors. The module uses 1310nm cooled EML transmitters and PIN receivers for reliable optical performance.
It supports transmission distances up to 500 meters on 9/125ยตm single mode fiber (SMF). The module operates with a single +3.3V power supply and consumes less than 14.5W power. It works within a commercial case temperature range of 0ยฐC to +70ยฐC.
The transceiver is compliant with IEEE 802.3ck, 400GBASE-DR4, CMIS Rev 5.0, OSFP MSA, RoHS, and Class 1 Laser Safety standards. Digital Diagnostic Monitoring (DDM) is also available for real-time module management.
