The XN9253CSR is a QSFP112 400G DR4 Optical Transceiver designed for high-speed 400Gb/s network applications and data center environments. It supports transmission up to 500 meters over Single Mode Fiber (SMF) using 1310nm CW DFB laser with silicon optical modulator technology and an MPO-12 receptacle connector. The module operates with 4 lanes of 53.125GBd PAM4 electrical interface and delivers an aggregated optical data rate of 425Gbps, with each lane running at 106.25Gbps. It uses a single +3.3V power supply with maximum power dissipation of 9W and module supply current up to 2.87A. The transmitter average power ranges from -2.9 to +4.2dBm, while receiver sensitivity is below -4.4dBm for stable high-speed signal transmission. It supports a commercial operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C and storage temperature from -40°C to +85°C.
